Our projects
What we are building, and how far along it is.
Three technology initiatives under D360 Career Lab, and the community work that has run alongside them since the society was registered. Each entry below says where it actually stands — because a project described in the present tense before it exists is the fastest way to lose somebody’s trust.

Three things we are making
All three are in development. Nothing below is available to use yet, and we would rather say that here than have you discover it after getting in touch.
VIDHYA
Virtual Intelligent Digital Helper for Youth & Adolescents. An AI-assisted companion for students who do not have a teacher within reach after school hours — answering the question that stops them at nine at night, in their own language, without pretending to be a replacement for a classroom.

SAATHI
Smart Assistant and Technology Helper for Institutions. Schools and small institutions run on paper registers and a phone. SAATHI is the quiet layer underneath — attendance, records, communication with parents — built for a staff room with one shared computer rather than for a procurement department.

ARWIN
AI-Powered Rural Welfare Intelligence Network. Welfare schemes fail most often at the last mile, where nobody knows what they are entitled to. ARWIN is an attempt to close that gap with data that already exists — surfacing what a household qualifies for, and where to go for it.

On the ground
The work that is already running
Less photogenic than the technology, and considerably more of what this society actually does week to week.
Rural education access
Classroom support and learning material taken to schools in parts of Madhya Pradesh where a teacher shortage, not a lack of interest, is what stops children progressing.
Digital literacy
Short, practical workshops for students and adults — using a smartphone safely, filling a form online, recognising a scam. Most of it is the second one.
Skill development camps
Hands-on camps for students and job seekers, run in local halls and school rooms, built around work that exists in the district rather than work that exists in a brochure.
Community welfare
Grassroots welfare drives alongside local volunteers — the unglamorous, repeated, in-person work that most of this society’s hours actually go into.
Want to work on one of these?
We are a small society and every one of these projects is short of hands rather than short of ideas. Whether that means volunteering, funding a programme, or opening a school to one of them — tell us which and we will reply properly.
