We go to the community first and establish what is actually missing, rather than assuming it from a distance.
A programme is shaped around that need, with the school, college or panchayat that will host it.
Sessions are run on the ground by our own people, on real equipment, against real problems.
Attendance, completion and outcomes are recorded, and what did not work is written down too.
Outcomes are recorded programme by programme and published in our impact reporting. Where a figure is not yet verified, we say so rather than round it up.
