How to verify a D360 Career Lab certificate

For an employer, a college or anyone checking a certificate: how verification works here, what you will see, and what the result does and does not tell you.

If somebody has shown you a certificate from us, you can check it in about twenty seconds, without an account and without contacting us.

How to check one

  1. Find the code on the certificate. It looks like D360-STU-2026-0001.
  2. Open our verification page. Type the address yourself rather than following a link from the document you are checking — that is good practice with any certificate, not a comment on this one.
  3. Enter the code.
  4. Compare what the page shows against what you were given.

The page will tell you one of three things: that the certificate is genuine and current, that it has been revoked, or that no certificate exists with that code.

What you will see, and what you will not

You will see the holder's name, which programme they completed, how many weeks, when it was issued, and whether it is still valid.

You will not see anything else about them — no contact details, no address, no marks, no application. A verification page is there to answer one question, and collecting an audience for a wider profile of somebody is not what it is for.

What a genuine result does and does not tell you

It confirms that this organisation issued this certificate to this person, that the record has not been altered, and that it has not been withdrawn.

It does not tell you that the holder is suitable for a role. It is a record of completing a supervised programme — eight weeks, weekly deadlines, written feedback, and a final piece of work. That is a real signal about commitment and the ability to deliver against a schedule. It is not a qualification, it is not employment, and we would rather you weighted it correctly than generously.

Why we built it this way

A certificate that cannot be checked is a picture. Anyone can make one, most people know that, and the result is that a genuine certificate and a fabricated one carry the same weight — which is to say almost none.

Making every certificate verifiable by a stranger, with no account and no gatekeeping, is the only thing that restores the difference. It also means we have to stand behind every certificate we issue, permanently and in public, which is a useful discipline.

If something does not match

If the name, the programme or the dates differ from the document you were shown, treat the verification page as correct. It is read directly from our records; the document is a copy that could have been altered.

If the page says the certificate was revoked, that means we withdrew it. We do that rarely and for cause. You are welcome to write and ask; we will confirm the status, though we will not discuss the circumstances of an individual.

If no certificate exists with that code, the most likely explanation is a typing error — the codes contain no ambiguous characters, but they are long. Check it once more before concluding anything.

For the person holding the certificate

Share the link, not a screenshot. A link somebody can check is worth considerably more than an image anybody could make, and it is the entire reason the code exists.

In short

Do I need an account to verify a D360 certificate?
No. Verification is a public page. Enter the code printed on the certificate and the result appears — no account, no login and no need to contact us.
What does a verified certificate prove?
That we issued it to that person, that the record is unaltered, and that it has not been withdrawn. It records completion of a supervised eight-week programme with weekly deadlines and written feedback. It is not a qualification and it does not record employment.
What if the certificate shown to me does not match the verification page?
Treat the verification page as correct. It is read directly from our records, whereas the document you were shown is a copy that could have been altered.

Still not sure?

Write to hello@d360.pgnr.in and ask whatever the awkward question is. A person replies within two working days, and we would rather answer it than have you guess — in either direction.
