D360 Career Lab

Programme terms

What the programme is, what it costs, how work is graded, and exactly what earns a certificate.

What this programme is

D360 Career Lab runs an eight-week, mentor-led online internship for school and college students in India. It is a supervised learning programme. It is not employment, and it is not a placement service.

What you get

  • One live session every Sunday at 11:30 am IST, with a working professional.
  • One graded submission due every Saturday at 9:00 pm IST.
  • Written feedback on every submission, published before the next Sunday session.
  • A certificate, if you meet the criteria below, that anyone can verify at localhost:3000/verify.

What it costs

₹250 for the whole eight weeks. There is no other charge, no subscription, and nothing further to buy. If anyone asks you for more money in our name, tell us at hello@d360.pgnr.in.

Certificate criteria

These are fixed, published before you pay, and applied without exception:

  1. At least six of the eight submissions graded met or exceeded.
  2. Week 8 must be met or exceeded. This one is not negotiable.
  3. The fee paid in full.
  4. No upheld plagiarism finding.

If you miss the bar you receive a letter of participation naming exactly which weeks you completed. That is issued in the same run as the certificates, not on request.

What we do not promise

We make no claim about jobs, placement or salary, and we publish no placement statistics, because we have none to publish. The certificate records that you completed a supervised programme. It does not say you worked as an intern at a company, and you should not describe it that way.

Grading

Work is graded in bands, never percentages: exceeded, met, partial, not met, or held.

A partial can be resubmitted once. A held grade means we want to talk to you about your work before marking it — it is a conversation, not a verdict.

Late work is accepted and marked. It is recorded as late, and that is all.

Using AI

You may use AI tools. A blanket ban would be unenforceable and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

The rule that does apply: you must be able to explain every line you submit. In week 8 you record a short video explaining part of your own code, and a reviewer may ask you about any submission at any point. If you cannot account for what you handed in, it does not count as your work.

Copying

If two submissions are too similar, or a project's entire history arrives in a single commit, we hold the grade and ask you privately to explain your work. A satisfactory explanation clears it.

A first upheld instance is not fatal — six of eight weeks still qualifies. A second means no certificate for that cohort, though a letter of participation is still issued. If copying is established after a certificate has been issued, it is revoked and the reason recorded.

Code of conduct

Be decent to the other students and to the mentors. Harassment of any kind, sharing another student's work as your own, or disrupting a live session ends your place without a refund.

Sessions and recordings

Sessions may be recorded so students who miss one can catch up. You are never required to turn on your camera, and recordings are shared only with the cohort.

Changing these terms

If we change anything that affects a cohort already running, we tell that cohort by email and the old terms continue to apply to them. We do not change the certificate criteria for a cohort that has started.
