For parents and guardians

What you are being asked to agree to, why the law requires it, and how to check we are who we say we are.

Your child has signed up for an eight-week online programme, or is about to. This page explains what you are being asked to agree to, in plain terms, before you decide.

Why you are being asked

Indian law — the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 — requires verifiable consent from a parent or guardian before an organisation processes the personal data of anyone under 18. Your child told us their date of birth when signing up, and that is what triggered this.

What you are agreeing to

What we collectTheir name, email, phone, school or college, city and date of birth. Your name, phone, email, and the fact that you agreed
What it is forRunning the programme, marking their work, and issuing a certificate
What we never doNo advertising, no tracking, no profiling, and we never sell or share their data
What it costs₹250 for all eight weeks. Nothing else
What they getA live session every Sunday, written feedback on every submission, and a certificate they earn against published criteria
What we do not promiseNo job, no placement, no salary

How it works

We email you a single-use link. It lasts seven days. You open it, read the same summary, and press one button. It takes about a minute, and you do not need to create an account.

We record the date, time, your IP address and your browser, because the law requires us to keep proof that consent was given. That record is kept for as long as we hold your child's data.

What we do to protect your child

  • No behavioural tracking or profiling of any account belonging to a minor. The Act prohibits it, and we do not do it for adults either.
  • No advertising anywhere in the product.
  • Their work is visible to them, to their reviewer, and to the coordinator. Not to other students.
  • We publish nothing about them — no photograph, no project, no quote — without separate, explicit permission for that specific thing.
  • Sessions may be recorded so anyone who misses one can catch up. Cameras are never required, and recordings go only to the cohort.

Changing your mind

Email hello@d360.pgnr.in at any time and we will withdraw consent and delete their data, apart from payment records and certificate evidence that the law requires us to keep. You do not need a reason. We confirm within two working days.

Checking we are real

Before you agree, check the certificate. Open any certificate code at localhost:3000/verify and you will see exactly what a stranger sees — who holds it, which programme, how many weeks, and whether it is still valid. There is a live specimen record you can open right now.

We would rather you checked than took our word for it.

Questions

Email hello@d360.pgnr.in. A person replies within two working days, and you are welcome to ask anything at all before agreeing.
